The Samsung Galaxy A6 Plus mobile features a 6.0" (15.24 cm) display with a screen resolution of 1080 x 2220 pixels and runs on Android v8.0 (Oreo) operating system. The device is powered by Octa core, 1.8 GHz, Cortex A53 processor paired with 4 GB of RAM. As far as the battery is concerned it has 3500 mAh. Over that, as far as the rear camera is concerned this mobile has a 16 MP camera . Other sensors include Light sensor, Proximity sensor, Accelerometer, Compass, Gyroscope. Samsung Galaxy A6, A6 Plus: Expected Price in India, Launch Date

Samsung’s budget smartphones aren’t usually very impressive when it comes to value for money, so we expect the Galaxy A6 to be priced around Rs.15,000 when it arrives in India. The Galaxy A6 Plus, on the other hand, is expected to be priced around Rs.18,000 at launch in India.  As for launch date, no details have surfaced online just yet. However, we do expect Samsung to officially announce the Galaxy A6 and A6 Plus smartphones in the next few months.
According to Twitter micro-blogger @bang_gogo_, the Galaxy A6 will be priced between 300 to 340 EUR in Europe, which converts to Rs.24,000 – Rs.27,000 approximately.


Samsung Galaxy A6, A6 Plus: Leaked Features and Specifications

According to the leaked spec sheet, the Samsung Galaxy A6 is going to be powered by Samsung’s in-house developed Exynos 7870 octa-core SoC, manufactured on a 14nm FinFET process. The octa - core chipset is clocked at up to 1.6 GHz and integrates an ARM Mali-T830 MP2 GPU. In the memory department, Samsung’s upcoming Galaxy A6 is going to include 3GB of RAM along with 32GB of onboard storage. In some markets, the handset will also be offered with 4GB of RAM and 64GB of onboard storage. For further expansion, the handset will include a dedicated microSD card slot.
In the camera department, as confirmed by the latest leak, the Galaxy A6 is expected to sport a 16-megapixel snapper both at the rear as well as the front. The rear camera will be capable of shooting videos at up to Full HD resolution with 30fps frame rate. The 16MP front-facing camera will come with an LED flash and facial recognition feature. In the connectivity department, rumors suggest the handset will support Wi-Fi 802.11 a/b/g/n, Bluetooth 4.2 Low Energy, GPS with A-GPS, GLONASS, BeiDou, NFC, and 4G VoLTE Fueling the smartphone will be a 3000mAh capacity battery without any fast charging support. On the software front, the Galaxy A6 is expected to launch with the Android 8.0 Oreo operating system out of the box. Needless to say, the handset will come with the Samsung Experience custom UI layer on top.
The Samsung Galaxy A6 Plus is rumored to be powered by a Qualcomm Snapdragon 450 octa-core processor, although some rumors also claim the handset will run on a more powerful Snapdragon 625 chipset instead. In the memory department, Samsung Galaxy A6 Plus is expected to sport 4GB RAM along with 32GB of onboard storage. At the back of the handset will be a 16MP + 5MP dual-lens camera system, with a fingerprint sensor placed below it. For selfies, the Galaxy A6 Plus is expected to come with a 24-megapixel front-facing camera paired with an f/1.9 aperture lens and an LED flash.
